EYES CLEAR
Lisa our beloved foundation bitch that was the beginning of all. She was the sweetest afghan ever born. She had the most beautiful head and eye. Lovely angulations. We are forever grateful for the legacy she has given us. She's behind everything.
Never a show dog herself, because of her absolutely NO intrest running around a ring. But in her look/shape/conformation&temperament she WAS lovely!!!
She produced champions in both her litters and kids that have all her qualities and even more...
Her Father Bandit was never shown but has littermates instead that made their presence felt: Swedish & Norwegian Ch Blondie & Ch Boette.
The litter that included Lisa turned out to be Bandits one and only litter.
Also Lisas mother Victoria was livin as a petdog and only got one litter. Her littermates were also very successful in the showring. She was littersister to:
- Multiple SBIS Swedish & Norwegian Ch Vagabond,
TOP SIGHTHOUND in Norway one year.
- Swedish & Norwegian ChViola
- Swedish Ch Vanessa
- Norwegian Ch Valentino
Lisa produced a total of 13 pups and even if most of them, especially in the first litter went to lovely pethomes, many have made great results in the world of shows.
Litter # 1 Out of ChapeauClaque Dazzle Dandy included:
- Swedish Ch Alphaville's Tough-n-Tiny
- Swedish Ch Alphaville's Vinegar Joe
- CK(Championquality ratings) Alphaville's Nice & Neat
Litter#2 out of NordCh Scanoramas Scanscope included:
- IntCh NordCh Multi SBIS Alphaville's Blade Runner
- Swedish Ch Alphaville's Busy Bee
- CAC winning Alphaville's Banana Bliss
- Multi BIS-puppy winnerAlphaville's Bonnes Bouche - never shown as an adult
- CK-winning Alphaville's Born To Run.
We feel very fortunate to have had such a star in the whelping box and as a friend. She was so easy to live with that sometimes you could felt she was not there! Always free as a bird and never even tried to chase the chickens or pet-rabbits around the house. They were her friends just like everything in the whole world.
Whe we went for our daily walks and hse wanted to go home - she just turned around and start her walk home. Never running - just her normal walk as if this was the way we all walked. She gave us many laughs over the years.
She came to our house as ababy at 8 weeks of age and she went to the rainbow bridge when she was over 14 years of age - but still you never get the feeling they have lived long enough!
