"Pepsi" came from our very first litter. He wasn't shown until he was 2 years of age, but then he quickly became a champion.
When he entered his first show his litter brother Ch Alphaville's Vinegar Joe had just finished his championship. Vinegar Joe was then retired as he lived in a pethome and spent his time on the obidience track instead with a lot of success.
When we first started showing "Pepsi" he was far too elegant in head for the judges, but they learned... and when he became a veteran the judges adored his head. Life can be strange many times
He won numerous BIS-veteran at specialities even when he was rather old.One of his final shows as a veteran he won Best Veteran in Show at Bosjokloster sighthound show. He then was 10 years old.
He was a slow maturer and when he was young and bitches came from several countries to be bred to him..he did not know what the fuzz was all about so the breders gave up on him. Then there was some years of calm but as he turned nine several breeders came back to him and he sired his first litter as a 9 year old man, and his 2:nd litter came just right after, after these litters he was just too old to sire any more litters!
Litter #1 included just one dog that was shown and he won CAC and several nice placements before the owner lost interest in showing. Unfortunately no one else from the litter was shown.
Litter #2 included 9 puppies, unfortunately no owner was interested in showing them.
